UGVCL office is on first floor. One has to go up by climbing stairs only as there is no lift in the building. Although bill collection counter has been kept on ground floor, one has to go to first floor for most work such as changing name of owner of house, lodging complaint, etc.
It would be appreciated if handicapped people are helped by providing possible support on ground floor itself (by talking over the phone or something similar).
