Growing Trends of Inclusive Advertisements for PWD

Under-representation in the media is not a new thing. From movies to magazines, images of PWD have been practically nonexistent in any type of advertising throughout history. This summer, VOSAP Research Intern and undergraduate USC student Julia Lin, set out to answer what type of inclusive advertising exists. This research emphasizes the importance of intersectionality and centering PWD to highlight their current state of representation in the corporate media landscape.
