1. Given that disability cuts across nationalities, it is incorrect to have a vision for SAP who are citizens of India. It should be residents of India.
2. Point #5 in the wish list is good. However, even access to courts in India aren’t PwD friendly. Now, who’ll bell the cat? Any thoughts???
