To provide Sulabh-Shauchalayas in schools, especially in rural areas, sothat girls are not discouraged going to schools in absence of toilet facilities. To convert existing bucket/dry latrines into Sulabh-Shauchalayas to do awaywith the system of scavenging. To construct and maintain public toilets on pay and use basis.
